Clients will be expected to open accounts at Interactive Brokers, a low-cost trading house. Clients will have:

• Real-time access to their accounts with full transparency into investments
• Immediate liquidity providing ability to withdraw money at anytime, subject to individual contract limits
• Detailed statements available on the Interactive platform

Bent Creek Capital is expected to offer two basic strategies: One is expected to be focused on energy infrastructure strategy and another is expected to be based on best-in-class companies represented in the S&P 500, which have demonstrated the ability to build and maintain long term sustainable competitive advantages.
